I have worked on CRM for 10+ years in New York/DC before returning to India to start CloudFronts. We are focused on Dynamics CRM, AX, Power BI & Azure. We were also part of the CRM 2016 Preview with Microsoft and already developing ISV solutions on top of this upcoming release, leveraging key technologies like Web API.

CRM Online is a big part of our business and most of our CRM implementations are on CRM Online. We also use CRM Online as our business platform and have extended it for our needs. Some key highlights are below:

1. We use all aspects of CRM Online - Sales, Service and Marketing (ClickDimensions).
2. We have built a Customer Portal hosted on Azure so clients can create/update service tickets.
3. We built a complete Project Management module inside of CRM for managing Projects and time entry.
4. Integrated Customers from CRM to QuickBooks Online. Integrated other 3rd party solutions like UPS, MercuryPay with CRM Online.
5. Built a complete payroll module in CRM
6. Developed a complete Resource allocation module inside of CRM.
7. Built Power BI dashboards for KPIs. Our data warehouse is hosted on Azure.
8. Developed robust billing, utilization, project management reports in CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization experience:

we have done extensive customizations to our CRM Online deployment to help run our Professional Services business. Some of these things include: 

1. CRM - QuickBooks Online Integration - We use QB Online as our accounting platform and have integrated it (currently for customers only) with CRM. We use an Azure hosted Listener service that calls the QB REST API for this.
2. Project Management module in CRM with Time Entry & Approval and reports for Billing and project management.
3.Resource Allocation module in CRM to allow us to allocate team members in CRM
4.Human Resource module to generate payslips from CRM and maintain all employee related information in CRM!
5. A Client Support Portal that uses CRM as the data source, so our clients can submit/update tickets from the Portal.
6. Deep Expertise on CRM Online Customization and 3rd Party Integration- We have deep customization capabilities on CRM Online to setup client requirements that are not addressed by out of the box functionality. Plus we have solid expertise on 3rd party integration with CRM Online. Some examples are:
-Shipping Integration with UPS for Shipping label generation and comparison. The API is hosted on Azure.
-DocuSign integration for a client in Norway.
-Payment processing integration for accepting credit cards from CRM, including partial payments and refunds.
ERP Integration to platforms like QuickBooks Online and Dynamics AX and GP.

A Strong CRM team - Our CRM team is our backbone and works very hard to stay on top of the latest changes in CRM Online! To that end we are part of the CRM preview programs with Microsoft and our teams are already learning the 2016 product.

Strong Reporting/Power BI team - Any good CRM project needs good reporting, whether it is in the form of CRM Dashboards, SSRS reports OR modern analytics using Power BI. We have a strong team that can help with any BI requirements.
