  • Instrumental in a project involving relocation from an existing unreliable and unstable application to a new version based on MS-SQL. (Project was in a ‘disaster recovery mode’). Successfully redefined the project of relocation from current to a new version. Improved the scope of the development project in accordance with short term priorities.
  • Oversaw various aspects including functional coverage, data model, defining the migration path from current to new version, planning, on-site project management and ensuring smooth liaison between CC users, CC Technology department and suppliers; leveraged on extensive technical expertise to execute the project with duration of 6 months.
