I have been consulting in Digital Business Transformation with Design Thinking methods since 1998. I support clients from the idea phase (build the right thing) to the agile implementation (build the thing right). In doing so, I support as a design lead, embedded team member, consultant/coach or workshop facilitator. In many cases, as a coach, I stay on board for a few releases and work ramping up the new product management team.
As Consultant / Coach and Facilitator
I lead a product team through Design Sprints and Design Thinking driven workshops with the goal of Digital Product Development and Business Modeling. Later I support the release planning and the definition of product requirements. My goal here is to initiate entrepreneurial and user-centered thinking among my clients as well as the smooth cooperation of business, design and tech in the team and the company as a whole.
As a Design Lead
I lead the design team, or introduce the optimization of existing design and asset production processes. I recommend tools to simplify work processes, identify weaknesses in the skill set of teams, and make recommendations for improvements and monitor their impact.
As a team member
I create strategic foundations, conduct workshops, provide structured concepts, and create pretotypes and prototypes to validate assumptions within the strategy and the previous customer- or user surveys.
