SAP PP & QM Functional consultant

SAP Functional consultant with overall experience of 24 years with more than 9 years experience in SAP PP as well as more than 14 years domain experience in steel,Aluminium & oxygen plant, power generation  in manufacturing.

1.Currently working with SAP S/4 HANA green field implememenation with on premise 1610 version.
2. Mapping production process to SAP R/3
3. Four end to end implementation experience with two full cycle implementation at steel industry ,one full cycle implementation at   industrial gas manufacturing and one full cycle implementation at beverage industry.
4. In depth knowledge in entire steel making process as well as total business process in steel & Aluminium Production process.
5. Three support projects.
6 Responsible for end to end implementations.
7. Extensive knowledge on functional domain areas.
 
    SAP R/3 skills

• Knowledge of SAP planning cycles in R/3 customizing, testing and documentation.
• Worked on Production planning as well as execution like SFC, Batch Management, rework, Variant configuration Quality Management etc.
• Development, test & deploy of RICEFW objects.
• Knowledge with integration with QM & FI/CO modules. Product cost planning etc.
