I have over 20 years in the Administrative field and a Bsc.in Business Administration and a Certificate in Project Coordination. I am proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and GoldMine.

I am currently a member of a team that have recently completed a project funded by IDB (Inter-American Bank), where we worked alongside the Project Consultant in preparing the necessary project reports. We prepared the Bids, the Expressions of Interests and Terms of Reference. Then used MS Project to create the Work Plan and used DeskAway to track the project milestones. I have recently completed research for IT Software solutions for integrating a number of stakeholders into a Social Safety Net program.

I also conduct business process reviews for small and mid-size enterprises by analyzing current processes, remodeling processes and implementing; then implement the necessary monitoring and evaluation systems.

 have experience working both in Canada and the Caribbean.

Cheryl is one of the finest person I have had the privilege of working with over my 30+ years in business. She is professional, extremely honest, has a keen eye for detail, hard working, very organized, a great multi-tasker, passionate and always looking forward to the next challenge.

She has been our Consultant for over the past 3 years in areas of research, project coordination (from drafting the adverts for Bids up to the conclusion). She has been the lead researcher and project coordinator on 8 of the 10 projects we have completed; 6 of which are local government projects. She had us implement a DeskAway system to track every aspect of each project.

Not only that, she has implemented new administrative procedures as it pertains to HR by drafting employee contracts, creating a company employee's handbook, implementing a new HR system (Bamboo HR), drafting all job descriptions, vetting resumes, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews. 

She performed a business analysis and restructured our business processes and policies very much to our satisfaction. Excellent!!!

Cheryl has trained 2 staff members in Bamboo HR and 2 member of staff in DeskAway.

Cheryl will always be our Business Consultant and does a superb job. 

I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

I am located on the Caribbean island of Barbados which is in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).  However, I flexible to work within any time zone required.

I am available Monday to Saturday for up to 12 hours per day.
