- Benchmarking and implementation of ERP/EPM/BI solutions (SAP, Cognos, Hyperion, Microstrategy) leading the full project life-cycle: Analysis, Design, Construction and Implementation + Maintenance. Direct hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI-CO.

Jan.’14 – Present     Bunge. Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).
                 EMEA SAP Finance Program Lead. Responsible for leading finance business process improvement/SAP projects and deployment of best practices across EMEA countries: mid/long term finance programs definition and leadership; project management; planning/budgeting/resource management; finance process optimization: accounting operations, cost and profitability controlling, financial planning, month-end-closing, reporting, investment management, credit control and cash management.
SAP projects: complex full life cycle SAP implementations starting from envisioning & architecture through business blueprint setup,  solution design, system configuration, deployment and maintenance: FI-CO, Treasury and FSCM. Integration with logistic flows (MM, SD, PP, PS and PM).
  • Budget (yearly): up to 4 M Euros.
  • Project Teams: up to 15 FTE’s.
