Hability to solve technical problems in any area, just with the help of the really know people, but when they are inside the problem, I just help to help to see that from other angle. Into IBM I was part of the "Problem Troubleshoting Team" and I move to a any kind of issue that we have with a customer who express formaly that they can't continue with IBM with that problem, and the PM of the problem recognize that was our problem. When both things are present, and that could involve a penalty to IBM, we move to solve that. My success rate was 100% ok in the cases I need to assist.
