Skills

My name is Adolfo Jiménez, an SAP and Supply Chain Professional with 23+ years of exclusive focus in SAP LE - Logistics Execution: SAPWM/SAPEWM. I help design, deploy, support and leverage SAP Logistics Execution solutions for global manufacturing firms. I have assembled teams, led and/or participated in ~30 successful EWM and WM Global SAP implementations. My experience spans rollouts in complex factory settings and mission-critical, high-volume DC’s (Europe, USA), extensive case-pick operations (Latin America) and FDA-regulated environments (Pharma - Puerto Rico).

In my most recent role at 3M, I used state-of-the-art EWM 9.3 and Agile / SCRUM methodology in deployments for the US, Europe and Mexico. Given 3M’s diverse product line and manufacturing processes, many of EWM latest features were used extensively. I worked with and got certified as SCRUM Master Professional, enabling 3M to rapidly design and deploy SAP enhancements. Previously as Expert – Advanced Business Solutions at Nestle USA, I led critical aspects of SAP EWM rollouts, and as member of the Rapid Deployment Solution project, I was in charge of rolling out EWM in Nestle worldwide. The core of my SAP and Physical Distribution knowledge comes from SAP WM roll outs at Nestle Purina, Procter & Gamble, Nike, and Eli Lilly (Pharmaceutical Industry).

In May 2013 I graduated with an MBA from Washington University. Through this program, I gained a better understanding of a firms’ big picture, its short and long-term strategies as well as the dynamics between departments; all of which provide me with a great vantage point when designing, leading and deploying innovative Supply Chain solutions that enable companies achieve its strategic and operational goals.
Since 2006 I have had the opportunity to lead consulting teams; recruiting a team of Consultants from Brazil, UK, India, and Mexico; consistently confirming that extraordinary results are only possible via leading by example and great teamwork. Besides developing technical SAP skills, I have developed managerial and leadership skills, particularly useful when working with and leading cross functional, multi-cultural teams. As a Green-card holder, I’m eligible to work in US and Mexico without need for visa sponsorship.

I would appreciate an opportunity to further discuss my experience and the accompanying resume. I am convinced that my leadership skills, enhanced by the MBA degree and backed up with 15+ years of specialized SAP EWM/WM knowledge and Supply Chain hands-on expertise from corporations like 3M, P&G, Nike, Nestlé, Purina and Eli Lilly, are the perfect blend for leading successful teams towards long term corporate goals.
Thanks for your attention,
Adolfo Jiménez
