I am currently working as a SAP PS Lead Consultant and managing a team of 6 consultants.
I am an SAP PS & SD Consultant working with HCL Technologies Ltd. with a total work experience of 8 years and 7 month. I have 8 years of experience in SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) as a Project System (PS) Consultant with Implementation, and Support experience for the PS module and 6 months of support experience in Sales & Distribution Module.
Also I have a fair Technical knowledge and knowledge of SAP PS Configuration. In addition to the above, I have a fair idea of the basic business process cycle of CO, MM, SD, IM modules

Description
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. formed in October, 2000, is World's 7th largest Telecommunications Company providing comprehensive range of telecom services in India. The project involves implementation of SAP at 7 POC Locations in the first phase. Following SAP Modules are being implemented in BSNL: FI-CO, MM, SD, PS, PM, QM, PP, HR.

Responsibilities / Activities
- Understanding the BSNL business processes and preparation of the Business Blueprint.
- Preparation of Minutes of Meetings after knowledge sharing sessions with the client.
- Writing the Functional Specifications (FS) for Customized ABAP developments and reports.
- Preparation of the Unit Test scripts, Integration Test Scripts, End User Training Manuals. Unit testing and System Integration Testing in Development and Quality server.
- Conducting End User Training.
- PS Data Validation and filtering
- Data Repository Management
- Managing a team of 7 Consultants.
- Team Management for attaining go lives dates and completion of activities within the stipulated time with minimal or no issues.
- Rollout Manager for 18 Circles which involves overall responsibility of completion of rollout from delivery, financial perspective.
- Speedy migration of data for smooth cutover activity of Rollout circles.
- Responsible for financial aspect of rollout i.e getting the revenue/milestones as per the contract of rollouts.
