Project Details: Implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 across 15 company codes of Bahwan Engineering Group. The following modules are in scope of implementation, FICO, FSCM, PM, CS, ETM, MM, TM, PP, QM, SD, PS, DMS, BIW, HR.
 
Responsibility:
  • Understanding the current business process (AS-IS) by interacting with the core team.
  • Conducting workshops with the core team to discuss TO BE processes.
  • Mapping the process in SAP as per the recommended best practice and preparing the TO BE and Business Blueprint document.

Project Details: Project “UTHKARSH” commenced its SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation with an objective that the project should go live within 3.5 months. This was indeed a major accomplishment. Go-Live was followed by support which commenced immediately on March 17, 2009 and completed on August 2010.

Responsibilities:
  • Led a team of four MM consultants in the project.
  • Conducted workshops with the core team members to understand the various business scenarios.
