I have hands-on experience in all aspects of electrical, instrumentation and control engineering including commissioning, operation, maintenance, configuration, tuning and overhauling of Generators (Up to 162 MW), Gas and Steam Turbines, Boilers, Motors and Transformers (LV & MV), MCC, UPS, Distributed Power, DCS and PLC.
I also have demonstrated experience using PM, MM and PS SAP modules in planning, scheduling, technical specifications for contracts and spare parts procurement, cost estimates, budgets, maintenance control, technical projects and staff managing. COMMISSIONING ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- Responsible in coordination, planning and performing of electrical commissioning to 1 x 130 MW G.E. – Alstom Power Generation Unit, including turbine, generator, boilers and auxiliaries at ASHALIM - Plot B - ISRAEL 1 x 121 MW SOLAR THERMAL POWER PLANT PROJECT. MEGALIM SOLAR POWER LTD.
CHIEF OF ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT
- Responsible in coordination, planning and performing electrical maintenance to power equipment and automatic control systems (routine and overhaul), strongly following the standards of quality and safety to meet the goals set by management.
- Management of a technical staff as engineers, supervisors and technicians.

- Planning of Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance to Power Units (GE 3x162MW and GE 2x87MW) including turbine, generator, boiler and auxiliaries, strongly following the standards of quality and safety to meet the goals set by management.
- Developed specifications for major maintenance contracts and spare parts procurement.
ASSISTANT ENGINEER - INSTRUMENTATION DEPARTMENT. POWER PLANTS
- Responsible to prepare and perform maintenance programs, both corrective and predictive for Steam Turbines, Boilers and Auxiliaries.
- Specification of new Electrical and I&C equipment and maintenance tools.
- Supervised Technicians responsible for equipment/tool issues, equipment failure investigations.
- Installing, configuration, programming and maintenance of DCS, PLC and stand alone controls for Turbines, Boilers, Auxiliaries and Excitation for Generators.
- Installing, configuration, programming and maintenance of UPS type one phase and three phase output for power plant.
