Achievements and responsibilities:
* Build and trained the whole team from ITs to UX designers, to achieve team goals and learn to know
the difference between a project and a product-client-approved
* Deal directly with suppliers and buyers, as well as publishers on the international fairs,
including contract first-deal conditions
* Implement several contingencies typical in Start-ups with common budget constrictions, without
jeopardizing the team value, motivation and salaries
* Lead internally this last years on ways to increase speed, value and quality in deliverables,
which lead to a whole-project design TOP-Track on performance, of a project management tool which
led to promote it as one of the most important products to worldwide sell of the company
* Responsible to a rewards and best place work environment system, outstanding the company as a
role-model among the other start-ups in its region, as well as play a role model to the teams in
matters of discipline, from simple punctuality to difficult periods such as deliverables

- As project manager, also was involved as main expert coordinator in project contents, most of the energy audits and team leadership/creation on Architecture, Planning and energy fields
- Gained management experience by failing and succeeding national and international projects, as part of main leadership of the team
- As part of the need to audit buildings (more than 2500 building certifications), designed several methods, since 2010 with IPad appearance, to perform faster and accurate audits digitally. The IT methodology led to Acharya SaaS creation 2013, (still under development, but used on research environments, and still a disruptive software to create complex algorithm audit surveys)
