Been invited to join 3 projects between 2016 to 2019 as Kohler logistics consultant.

Responsibilities:
Implement Kohler Dubai FTZ (external) warehouse

  • Deploy Kohler SAP logistics solution to new DC in Dubai.
  • Lead weekly meeting on alignment between local and 3PL team (both business and technical resources) to fulfil roadmap.
  • Design and setup interfaces between SAP and E.DMS (3PL Expeditors’ system) for end to end process (from purchasing to sales). Interfaces including: Material Master, Purchase Order, Inbound Delivery, Shipment, Stock Reconciliation, etc.
  • Coordinate technical team for customized programs.
  • Design logistics test scenarios and lead end to end UAT.

ALPIN 2.0 interface project deployed interfaces between SAP and ALPIN 2.0 system, which involves end to end processes of multiple modules (Process Order, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Inspection Lot, Goods Issue, etc.)

SOM (Simplified Order Management) project deployed a central place where user can request a change to an order (Date and/or Quantity) via Webdynpro. Change automatically implemented for both PO and SO in SAP once approval in Webdynpro.

Responsibilities:

Import solution from global team and analysis the gap inside APAC
  • KT from global team (both business and consultant) for new process.
  • Organize alignment with business team (both global and local) finalize GAP and Fit.
  • Cooperate with local ABAPer to import new solution to local system.
Drive implementation in APAC system
  • Configuration correction to fit local system.
  • Coordinate with ABAPer to troubleshoot technical issues, ex: system version difference, user exist, enhancement, etc.
