Skills

Communicating with customers is something which is really natural for me and I've been developing this skill for many years. Whatever attitude and intentions the customer might have I react enthusiastically and know how to get to the point. The sense of empathy helps me see customers' situations somewhat more like through their eyes and then they put more trust in me. This is when I catch the opportunities. And I've really spent tons of hours on the phone and exchanging emails, preparing and sending quotes to customers, when pushing ahead with the deals or quietly solving key account's issues.
