In this project Sujal has worked as a Data Migration Lead and was responsible for entire data migration of all modules ( FI , MM , PM , HR ). In this project Sujal has also developed 4 Module Pool programs and one interface.
 
Ha has also implemented BAdI  BADI_EXITS_RPRAPA00 for employee vendor creation transaction PRAA  to accept external numbering of vendor ( employee number as the vendor number ).
 
He has made one module pool program where user can drag and drop nodes between two trees and can have text editor to save text for each node .
 
He has also made one big module pool program named LogBook where user can enter reading of different characteristics at different hours and can save into SAP. In this program he used object oriented event based dynamic editable ALV screen.
 
Sujal has implemented BAdI FAGL_DERIVE_SEGMENT for post vendor down payment transaction F-48 to check if the amount entered is less than the balance down payment amount in a PO.
 
Sujal has also implemented BAdI HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER to add one extra field in additional header data in Create Appraisal transaction PHAP_Create.
 
Sujal has also implemented one interactive ALV report where user can select lines and can post them through F-02.

He developed one backend program for Adobe Form and one backend program for WDA and solved many defects at the time of testing support. In this project Sujal has worked on developments in LSMW and used the same tool for data upload. At the time of data loading Sujal has checked that few LSMW programs had very complex file format and were using SAP standard programs whose report output was very complex . But at that time the file formats provided by client were very simple. So he developed new LSMW programs using batch input session and loaded those files easily.  For few objects there was no LSMW program and that was supposed to be loaded manually through transaction . But as the file was big he developed the LSMW for that and loaded those files within very short time.

In this project Sujal has worked on developments like interfaces, conversions, reports, mostly in the FI module. In this project, Sujal has been responsible for developing a very high complexity interface FI_COMMON which was designed to post any type of financial document using RFBIBL00. This interface was highly complex both in terms of size and complexity. It was also very critical to Smurfit’s business processes. The client was highly satisfied with the design and functionality of the development and Sujal was highly praised for the same by the client.
 
Sujal has also successfully delivered a highly complex BDC involving three call transactions and a descriptive error log where mail was being send to the user’s inbox to notify the user.
 
Besides interfaces, Sujal has also developed several reports in the MM module in this project like Purchase Order Error Log, Purchase Order Change Report and Good acceptance error log.

In this project Sujal has mainly been responsible for working in ALE interfaces. These involved both inbound and outbound interfaces. Some of the ALE areas in which he worked in this project are - sending outbound order details with message type ORDRSP and IDoc type ORDERS05, sending delivery details outbound using message type DESADV and IDoc type DELVRY03, inbound interface using Message Type WMMBXY and IDoc Type WMMBID02 to capture shipping notification confirmation message sent from the 3rd party distribution centers to SAP etc.
 
Sujal has also developed one Module Pool object , one LSMW object  and one Function-Exits object .
 
Besides these, Sujal has also developed a program to extract Goods Movement data extraction from various SAP tables and then interlinking them and writing into a flat file.

He has made one module pool program where user can drag and drop nodes between two trees and can have text editor to save text for each node .
 
He has also made one big module pool program named LogBook where user can enter reading of different characteristics at different hours and can save into SAP. In this program he used object oriented event based dynamic editable ALV screen.
 
Sujal has implemented BAdI FAGL_DERIVE_SEGMENT for post vendor down payment transaction F-48 to check if the amount entered is less than the balance down payment amount in a PO.
 
Sujal has also implemented BAdI HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER to add one extra field in additional header data in Create Appraisal transaction PHAP_Create.
 
Sujal has also implemented one interactive ALV report where user can select lines and can post them through F-02.

At the time of data loading Sujal has checked that few LSMW programs had very complex file format and were using SAP standard programs whose report output was very complex . But at that time the file formats provided by client were very simple. So he developed new LSMW programs using batch input session and loaded those files easily.  For few objects there was no LSMW program and that was supposed to be loaded manually through transaction . But as the file was big he developed the LSMW for that and loaded those files within very short time.

Description             :
 
In this project Sujal has worked on developments like interfaces, conversions, reports, mostly in the FI module. In this project, Sujal has been responsible for developing a very high complexity interface FI_COMMON which was designed to post any type of financial document using RFBIBL00. This interface was highly complex both in terms of size and complexity. It was also very critical to Smurfit’s business processes. The client was highly satisfied with the design and functionality of the development and Sujal was highly praised for the same by the client.
 
Sujal has also successfully delivered a highly complex BDC involving three call transactions and a descriptive error log where mail was being send to the user’s inbox to notify the user.
 
Besides interfaces, Sujal has also developed several reports in the MM module in this project like Purchase Order Error Log, Purchase Order Change Report and Good acceptance error log.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Technical Specification and Unit test Plans.
  • Assisting Team members in design and development phase.
  • Assisting Team lead to provide effort estimates and other reports.
  • Independent Co-ordination with the on-site functional team in respect of fast Issue resolution.

Description             :
 
In this project Sujal has mainly been responsible for working in ALE interfaces. These involved both inbound and outbound interfaces. Some of the ALE areas in which he worked in this project are - sending outbound order details with message type ORDRSP and IDoc type ORDERS05, sending delivery details outbound using message type DESADV and IDoc type DELVRY03, inbound interface using Message Type WMMBXY and IDoc Type WMMBID02 to capture shipping notification confirmation message sent from the 3rd party distribution centers to SAP etc.
 
Sujal has also developed one Module Pool object , one LSMW object  and one Function-Exits object .
 
Besides these, Sujal has also developed a program to extract Goods Movement data extraction from various SAP tables and then interlinking them and writing into a flat file.

Description             :
 
In this project Sujal has mainly developed interfaces and conversions to upload data into SAP by using Call Transaction, BDC and direct input programs. The include programs where data from input file was used to create GL documents by using transaction F-02 / FB01 by Call Transaction method etc.
