Accomplishments:
 
• Storage – 10 years of SAN and NAS administration; implemented and migrated Equallogic and Compellent storage including storage level snapshots, replications, and live migrations; Brocade fiber to storage and hosts.
• Server – 16 years of Server management; Rolled out physical and virtual instances of Windows Server 2003 – 2012R2 including several migrations and P2V. Multiple uses of DFS; namespaces; and clustering.
• Datacenter relocations – Completed two datacenter migrations which included site survey’s, site selections, and infrastructure built-out. Implemented datacenter replications including load balancing and server to site failover.
• VMWare – Performed several ESXi upgrades including 4.1 to 5.1 and 5.1 to 6.0. Implemented SRM, VMWare Replications, and Zerto for replication. ESXirunning on Dell and IBM hosts.
• Office 365 – Managed 3-years the Office 365 enviornment including Exchange 365.
• Engineering Team lead – Team lead for engineering team including Level 3 support team. Conducted annual budgeting, revised policies and procedures to meeting new security guidelines. Met with Senior Executives and business units to bridge the gap between IT and the business. Conducted weekly team meeting to align priorities and ensure projects were meeting deadlines.
• Physical expansion – Led the planning and design process for additional site opening’s including offices that were newly opened out of state.
