Responsibility:
This project deals with new Implementation & Go Live support of ECC6 SAP R/3 & Retail IS. The responsibilities include new developments of ABAP reports, BDC, Enhancement, Module programming, Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Interfaces for weight scale, Interface for RTPD using SOA, Webdynpro interface for RTF Gun to read BAR codes generated by ZEBRA printer & Workflow integration.

Responsibility:
This project deals with technical support and maintenance of ECC6 SAP R/3. The responsibilities include new developments of ABAP Reports, BDC, Enhancement, Module programming, Web Dynpro, SAP Script, Smart forms, Workflow & Bug Fix to the existing SAP system in SD, MM, PP, PM, FI & CO Module and upgrade to EHP4.

• Lead SAP ABAP Team.
• Responsible for new development analysis and development impact analysis.
• Responsible for incident tracking and S1, S2 & S3 tickets solutions.    
• Upgraded system to EHP4 – using SPAU and SPDD Transactions to accommodate the changes in SAP.

Challenges faced in this project:

• Fine tune one of critical process for GCPL. (To convert suggested Order Quantity to Sales Order Quantity and Purchase Order Quantity).
• Fine tune near about 7-8 reports which was taking more then 2 hours to display the results.
• Re-Design of complete export documentation module with change logs history and additional facility as per client requirement.

Responsibility:
This project deals with technical support and maintenance of ECC6 SAP R/3. The responsibilities include new developments of ABAP Reports, BDC, Enhancement, Module programming, Web Dynpro, SAP Script, Smart form, Workflow & Bug Fix to the existing SAP system in SD, MM, PP, PM, FI & CO Module.

• To provide SAP ABAP support for existing SAP system.
• Developed new reports and Implemented new enhancements as per client requirements in Work Flow, Payment alerts and Web Dynpro Portals for Domestic and international customer.
• Fine tune the programs logic to increase performance for crucial reports and replenishment cycle and auto order generation process.

Challenges faced in this project:

• Sales monthly register report used to take 24 hours to complete the report. This is big challenge for me to reduce it to 3 hours.
• Another challenge was to run ARE1 as per client requirements.

Responsibility:
This project deals with technical support and maintenance of SAP R/3. The responsibilities include development of ABAP Reports, BDC, Enhancement, Module programming, SAP Script and Smart forms in SD, MM & PP Module.
Reports

• Developed report entitled Open Stock Transfer- Cross Company.
• Modified Program will output a report entitled Detailed Sales Report – Open Sales Order.

SAP Script/Smart Forms

• Developed Smart form to display sales order history.
• Modified SAP Script for Invoice as per FS.

Dialog Programming

• Used dialog programming for creating screen exits in Sales Order. The additional fields thus developed were saved in the table using an append structure.

BDC

• Modified CO12 BDC (Collective Entry of Confirmations) with two fields Scrap Qty and Scrap reason code.

User Exits

• Developed User Exit for Customer Master to ensure that all US customers have a Group Key (KNA1-LAND1) entered on the customer master.

• Implemented ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST for storing the vendor Number and Purchase Order Number when PO got created.
• Populated Goods Movement details in a Custom Z Table each time a goods movement is created through MIGO or PGI by using MB_DOCUMENT_BADI.

SAP Scripts & Smart

• Developed SAP Scripts for Debit Note/Credit Note. /ARE1/ Packing List
• Developed PO Smart Form & Modified Invoice Smart form as per requirement.
• Developed Smart form for Cheque printing as per bank format. For this printing requirement is of pre-printed stationary.

BDC & BAPI

• Developed Routing BDC using Call Transaction.

Module Pool

• Developed complete Module for Payroll System using ABAP/4 as per requirement. In this development, I used various function modules and OO Programming to handle the reusable routine, Object linking to upload data from third party software MS Access file to SAP database & CLS_GUI_ALV_GRID to data entry in tabular form.
• Developed Sales Order packing BOM with long text data entry (SAP Control) using CL_GUI_TEXTEDIT.
• Developed Bank reconciliation & Courier tracking.

User Exits and Enhancements

• Email alert to the group of respected users of Sales order and PO on creation & change.
• Used user exits to check the PO item rate before save. If rate is higher than 15% of previous rate then popup the warning message.
• Check for Quality certificate before releasing production order.
• Error warning when some quantity moved from reserved stock from one of the Storage location.
