February 2011 – Actually I am working in the Drilling Logistic Department as Drilling Logistic Engineer position supervising Contracting for Drilling & Completion & Well Services in the field, in which I have the main responsibilities and activities: • SAP management (MIS) and (PR3). • Requisitions for materials, services and purchases in SAP. • Preparation of purchase orders (PO) in SAP. • Tracking of Material & Services placed Master of Materials Management in the SAP system. • Follow-up of Materials with National and International Suppliers. • Coordination to make interchange of materials (send and receive) with other subsidiaries (mixed companies) and with suppliers. • Annual Planning & Purchasing for Drilling and Completion Materials and Well Services. • Contract administration. • Preparation of Service Entry Sheets (SEH). • Following of the Procurement Processes (from the beginning of the process until the Placement of the SO or PO) and its closing. • Preparation of the Technical Specifications for the services required. • Recommendation Reports for the contractors in the Major Contracting Commission (MCC). • Preparation of Technical Analysis for the materials purchased or service contracted. • Technical Evaluations to the suppliers/contractors for the Material or Service requested. • Support for annual budget preparation according to the Master Purchasing/Contracting Plan. • Attendance to some management meetings as support of Drilling Logistic Superintendent position when is required. • Supervising of some personnel under my responsibility for the Contracting for Drilling & Completion & Well Services. * To keep constant communication with the other departments those have relationships with the Logistic & Services Department in order to improve the daily activities in the field and avoid delays in the drilling operations. • Daily monitoring of the drilling rigs with OPEN WELLS program support. May 2010 – December 2010 * Planning the projects located in the south area of Petrocedeño * Prepare monthly reports related to the advance of the projects. * Establish meetings with potential suppliers of new drilling technologies. * Visit the Petrocedeño Main Station in San Diego de Cabrutica to know the advances of different projects and status of the operations. * Prepare the presentations of the new projects to the partners of the mixed company.
