Implementation, maintainance and migration expert in projects of varying sizes.
Currently, I am working with the pharmacutical sector on a migration project of Windows 7 to Windows 10.

My expertise areas revolve around resolving common issues typically involving Business vision and Business capabilities for example in the area of Application management aswell as patch management. It can also involve general issues on 3’rd level and architectural resolutions. Handling distributions to high standards, as well as documentation and reporting of it.

Sample of previous projects:
  • Public sector migration project of ~7000 machines from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012, my role was to mature the applications for the new structure and perform server upgrade + Healthcheck.
  • Private Banking sector where ~40% of all banks in Denmark are collected into one platform managed by a company, consisting of 21000 machines. Here I was responsible for the SCCM platform that concerned application deployment, image maintainance, high standards of reporting and 3’rd level problem solving on clients.
  • Public sector migration project of Windows 7 to 10, responsibilities included hardware compliance with operating system, largely due to strict demands involving Medico equipment (MR scanner, Microscopic cameras etc.). I was later shifted and involved in the same project with the VMWare and SCCM environment where optimization was be performed on the infrastructure and redesigned to be aligned with best practices.
  • Insourcing project involving a State customer with 30000 machines.
  • Private Pharmaceutical Company involving a migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10, application maturing(Application packaging) and at a later stage, migrate from their current KACE deployment platform to SCCM CBB/LTSB involving 3800 machines, including WSUS and image redesign.

Michael is a person that is quiet and is good at focusing on issues, he is honest and loyal. I have good memories of having Michael as member of the team.

Success story/ failure?
Michael was assigned to a customer with a role as a packager of applications and to distribute them to client computers with followup etc. This role was performed with good results, that resulted in contract extensions for other tasks at the same customer.

Professional relations with good manners, keeps calm and performs the role assigned excellently. Clients are happy to get Michael assigned to them.

Suggestion to new LM and team?
Michael is a good technical profile who doesn’t have leadership experience from working at Installers. However, it has been mentioned that a team lead is something that he has as a career goal.                                                                                                                                                     

Where do you see the candidate in the future / which job?
Michael is good at maintaining a good professional relationship with clients and is a good addition to any team within his technical frame. Any role that has his technical profile would be a great addition.
