 My professional career is based on 34 years with experience in:
• Supervision in the lifting and transport of heavy loads up to 2000 tons in the Paraguaná Refining Center (CRP) Cardón - PDVSA. With the use of CC2800 special cranes and SPMT heavy transport vehicles.
• Management of transportation sub contractors in the operational areas of Maracaibo, Barinas, Punto Fijo, Valencia, Puerto Ordaz (Faga Bovinelli, Center Equipment, Ale heavy lift, Felconsa, Equiser, Sarens, R & L Transport, among others) in Venezuela.
• Supervision in: Unclothed and dressed for the moving or mobilization of drilling land rigs up to 3000 in Lake Maracaibo Center as well as production drills or RA / RC.
• Major and minor electro-mechanical maintenance of the drilling holes (Generation III and SCR) mentioned above.
• Supervision of hydrocarbon production lines (oil pipelines).
• Supervision of the installation of surface equipment and electro-centrifugal pumping equipment (EBE) REDAS AND CENTRILIFT with Speed ??Drives, Barinas and Guafita Apure areas; Venezuela.
• Supervision in maintenance of light and heavy fleet (pick up, sedan, forklift, patrol, retro, trucks, chums, vacumms etc.)
• Supervision in the repairs of Caterpillar diesel engines and General engine, transmission boxes, power take off or gearboxes, winches or winches, transmissions by cranshafts, mud pumps FA 1300 and 8P80, rotary and BOP among others etc.
• Supervision of facilities and production or surface processes (crude oil pumps, rocker arms, oil pipelines, booster pumps, electrical systems, 13.8 kv transmission lines, etc.)

Maintenance Superintendent: Responsible for the annual budgetary Control (US Dollars) for the preventive and corrective maintenance of different main equipments production and relief stations, crude pumping and injection of water, 53 Cat generators (Gen-Set), Floats  trucks (43) of the Block of Western Zulia Production in  Alturitas, Alpuf and Matapalo Fields pertaining to the South zone of Machiques de Perijá.

PROFITS

I had significant savings in the results of the operational budget for year 1999 when identified to optimize the activities of preventive and corrective maintenance to the critical equipment allowing this way to present to the Field Manager a reduction of 20% US Dollars.
I Reduced the list contracted of 27 at 7 specialized technicians evaluating and studying the activities to develop altogether with the own list allowing this way a reduction in 15% US Dollars of the contracted work annual.
I planned the annual shutdowns of the oil wells Gen-Set  of production for the accomplishment  of the preventive maintenances of the programmed generators, rearsheing the run times of the PM's and analyzing oil samples thus allowing to reduce in 10 % (148 to 130) PM's and 15 % the production deferred by unemployment of production wells (400,000 DB).
I programmed the accomplishment of courses "in company" to the personnel of the supervision obtaining to enable to 14 own and contracted technicians of the different specialties (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation) modifying the programs from guards obtaining this way 3000 hours of qualification.

April, 1986 - Jun, 1998       PDVSA SOUTH DIVISION BARINAS; VENEZUELA / CORPOVEN, S. A

Supervisor Section of Control and Management: Responsible for the annual budgetary control of the maintenance  management (stations of production, pumping, rigs land drilling and work over, pipe lines, own generation plants, facilities and routes of accesses, equipment of submersible pumping ). Supervisor Mechanical Section: Responsible for the operational mechanic / electric maintenance of the rigs drilling and ra/rc of the operational fields Barinas (Wild, Mingo, Sinco, Maporal, Silvan, Caipe and Andean South Flanco) and Worries (Guasdualito, Guafita, the Victory and the Null one) as well as of the stations of process and pumping of crude from the Palito Worries - Barinas towards the Refinery. Supervisor Electrical Section: Responsible for the operational electrical maintenance of own generation plants, networks of distribution and electro submersible Equipment (ESP) of pumping in the operational area of the States Barinas and Apure.

I fit budgetary structure of the department, by mean of scheduled inspection of expenses allowing this to direct the investment to areas you criticize in 75 %.
I reduced the run-down times of the electrical equipment of 5 to 3 days when applying better service in the programs of preventive maintenance, generating operative benefits for the company monthly.
