- Experienced as a Scrum Master in various software development teams, and in different types of environment and comfortable teaching Scrum as an agile evangelist.
- Experienced in adopting a wide range of Agile techniques such as User Stories, Kanban, BDD and TDD, with good understanding of REST API’s and CSS.
- Expert skills in Project delivery models such as Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experienced stakeholder identification and management – both at junior and senior levels
- In-depth knowledge of Software development life-cycle, project planning techniques, data modelling techniques and change management; UAT and post go-live support.
- Expert skill in Business process documentation and analysis: As-Is & To-Be using models such as UML, BPMN
- Experienced in translating business requirements into technical requirements and User Stories/Experience/Journeys, Quality Assurance and Active Directory and Data Modelling.
- Conversant with various Business system technologies (Example: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations) – Azure/cloud based, Oracle Fusion R13, MS Access, Jira, Oracle 11i/R12, SAP, Information security, CRM and Regulatory change Projects, Reconciliations, Settlement, Sanctions and Insolvency checks, Financial Crime, AML, Compliance and financial products – Payments (BACS, CHAPS & DD), Mortgages/Loans, PEGA and Transactions.
- Advanced knowledge of Business process mapping, Comprehensive knowledge of various Banking operations, PoC, Payments, RFI, RFP, Workflows, Databases, BI, TOR, TOM, Performance & Measures, MI and advanced Excel
- Skilled in the identification and management of Risks, Issues dependencies and assumptions utilising techniques such as RAID log
- Strong requirements engineering skills - Scoping, functional and non- functional, MoSCow Models, Use Case stories, Test environment planning & Provisioning, Test-data/configuration Management
- Excellent project management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, negotiator and ability to persuade and work effectively with little or no supervision
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages including MS Visio (BPMN), MS Project, MS Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint, Confluence, Unified Comms systems, workflows and outlook.
- Experienced in Digital Projects and ability to grasp technical concepts and new product functionality quickly/documenting in Confluence, Jira and tracking on slack/Trello
- Ability to work under pressure – react to rapidly changing deadlines and be able to suggest accurate solutions and facilitate product backlog refinement sessions/requirements review sessions
- Comfortable liaising between technical and non-technical teams within a Project team
