•    Change Management, Training and Coaching:  Leading workshops for Local Business Process Owners with focus on organisational changes, network changes, process changes and roles and responsibilities changes as well as impact and risk assessment.

•    Acting as Central Supply Chain Cut-Over Coordinator and Supply Chain Master Data Owner, coordinating cross-functional activities, building strong relationships between Supply Chain and other work streams through pro-active and effective communication.
•    Leading the Planning Centralisation Project to support the supply chain process integration -developed and implemented new planning processes, ways of working and split of responsibilities, and designed standardised operational tools to support inventory management, short and long term planning, communication strategies etc. 
•    Droving full integration of the new extended network – work flows, product flows, distribution network, supply network etc.
•    Continuous Improvement: generated and implemented improvement solutions focussed on achieving better cost, inventory and customer service as well as streamlined internal processes
