01.18 – 11.18: Senior SAP Certified CRM Functional/ CS IS-Utilities and Technical Consultant at CGI/ OnRising Consulting  |http://CGI.com , http://onrising.com/. Responsibilities were:
  • Customizing the Switching(SAP IDE) and Interaction Center(IC) processes such as Move In/Move Out Process and Disconnection/Reconnection Process. in order to adhere new business requirements for Portuguese deregulation energy market.
  • Writing Functional and Technical specification.  
  • Additionally, after my office time I have installed and set up Hana Express Edition 2 environment on Cloud Platform such as GCP and AWS in order to develop some XS Application and CDS. Thus, I gained Linux knowledge as well.


10.17 – 11.17: Senior SAP Certified CRM Functional and Technical Consultant at SONDA/ Ultracon Consulting |http://sonda.com , http://ultracon.com.br . Responsibilities were:   
  • Implementing a SAP CRM 7 Interaction Center functionalities such as transactions, dates scheme, status scheme, forms, ranger numbers, actions and inbox. 
  • Developing some CRM WebUI views by creating new fields and BOL via AET.


03.17 – 09.17 : Senior SAP Certified CRM Functional and Technical Consultant at DXC/ Ultracon Consulting |http://DXC.com , http://ultracon.com.br . Responsibilities were:   
  • Working on complaint processes for SAP CRM 7.13 on HANA and IS-U CS. 
  • Customizing several Interaction Centre(IC) functionalities in order to gather accurate information to create Service Orders (WM) such as CRM WebUI views(BOL) by creating new fields. Providing solution to delivery documents to Print Center.
  • After my office time I have installed and set up SAPCC on Docker in order to establish communication between SAP NW 7.51 on Docker and SAP Cloud Platform free trial successfully. Consequently, I have been coding some UI5 application since them.   


05.16 – 02.17: Senior SAP CRM/SD Functional and Technical Consultant at Essence Consulting | http://essenceit.com. Roles included:   
  • Handling incidents and providing solution within SLA time frame.
  • Administration Middleware for example monitoring BDOC, creating requests, filters and adjusting configurations. 
  • Creating Functional and Technical specifications in order to develop customer requirements which SAP CRM 7 standard does not support. 
  • Customizing Web UI for Interaction Center(IC), Rules, Alert, Scheme, Categories, Checklist. Creating new items on Navigation Bar such as call external application via customization of the Transaction Launcher and SAP BI reports (BEx). I have customized issues related to Segmentation, Target Groups, Mail Form, Survey.
  • Customizing Knowledge Manager (KM) to work out within SAP CRM. 
  • Coding through Business Object Layer(BOL), Business Server Page(BSP), Gateway and HANA XS OData and UI5.    


10.13 – 03.16: Senior SAP CRM/SD / CCS CS Functional and Technical Consultant at Indra Company | http://www.indracompany.com . Competencies involved: 
  • Helping key users to rewrite Business Blueprints due to lack of information in the previews Business Blueprint. 
  • Translating Business Blueprints into SAP System functionalities such as defining Sales Cycle, Business Process for Incidents, Complains and Service Orders in order to delivery adequate implementation solution. 
  • Defining and assigning number ranges for Sales Order, Quotation and so on.
  • Customizing Interaction Center through WEB UI such as Alerts, Rules, Scheme and categorizations were implemented for better classify Incidents. Other customizations are creating Sales Organizational Structure and Actions in order to follow up transactions for instance from Leads to Opportunities and Quotations, and after that creating Sales Order. 
  • Customizing Navigation Bar in order to call transaction from SAP ECC or SAP IS-U via Transaction Launcher.
  • Customizing and activation a bunch of standard BW reports available in SAP CRM such as Pipelines Analysis, Opportunity monitor and Activity Partner.
  • Customizing Middleware in order to replicate objects.  Basically, the configuration consisted of Sites and Subscriptions for OLTP, Messages, Filters and Schedule jobs.
  • Loading Master Data from SAP ERP to SAP Customer Relationship Management – CRM such as Sales Area, Business Partner (BP), Contract, Pricing and Tax Code.
  • Coding through Business Object Layer(BOL) and Business Server Page(BSP).   
  • Preparing configuration guides and user guides.
  • Creating Surveys to get levels of customers’ satisfaction post sales. Another one was attaching surveys to opportunities in order to accurate the real chance to gain each opportunity.

  • Working closely to a department responsible for customer services in order to deliver the most suitable business solutions for example handling service orders, contract management and complains for the rollout project.
  • Translating business processes into SAP functionalities and creating functional specifications for a few gaps.

  • Working closely to a department responsible for customer services in order to define some key business processes and understand the real necessities in the daily work in order to implement SAP CRM and IS-U. 
  • Creating some document templates in order to improve communication between the functional team and the developer team.
  • Another important activity was translating business blueprints into SAP system functionalities such as handling service orders and Incidents through Call Center.
  • Customizing a wide variety of objects such as Master Data for Business Partners, Contracts and Contract Accounts, Connection Objects (buildings) and Premises, Installations, and Device Locations. 
  • Delivering suitable solutions for a wide range of different scenarios such as contract account management and handling complaints when customers are not satisfied about goods or services that they had purchased.
  • Customizing Interaction Center and Front Office Process (FOP) such as Move In/Move Out Process, Disconnection/Reconnection Process and Property Closing.
  • Customizing Middleware in order to replicate Business Partner (BP), Connection Object and Contracts.

09.06 - 11.06: Senior SAP ABAP Consultant at F-Lino Consulting.Responsibilities were:
  • Developing a few SAP ABAP objects for instance Interface IDOC, customizing IDOC/ALE and report at Fresenius Kabi Medical Care and Celestica Electronic Manufacturing.


03.04 – 08.06: Senior SAP Workflow and ABAP Consultant at Pimentel Consultores Associados. Responsibilities were: 
  • As a member of the team which implemented SAP ERP at Embraer Aviation and Varig Engenharia e Manutenção Aviation. The functional team came from Germany because those companies used to hold partnerships with a Germany Aviation Company called Lufthansa airlines.
  • Developing interfaces through IDOC/EDI/ALE between SAP ERP and Legacy system, as well as technical specifications and objects for instance RFC’s, batch-input, screen-exits, enhancements and field-exits.
  • Developing a plenty of SAP Workflows for a few SAP Modules such as MM, FI, SD, FM, QM, HR and PM.


03.01 – 02.04: Entry/ Middle level SAP Workflow and ABAP Consultant at Pimentel Consultores Associados. Competencies included:  
As a member of the team which implemented SAP ERP at Gerdau Mining & Metals and Cenibra Paper, I was coding a bunch of SAP Objects which I will outline below: 
  • Developing SAPScripts to print out invoices and service order. In addition, I developed interfaces using IDOC/EDI/ALE between SAP ERP and Legacy, as well as ABAP specification programs and/or objects for instance RFC’s, batch-input, screen-exits, field-exits, FI validation rules, FI substitution rules and reports for SAP Material Management, SAP Quality Management, SAP Financial Account and SAP Sales Distribution. 
  • Supporting post go-live in order to stabilize SAP ERP solutions.
  • Developing SAP Workflows for a few SAP Modules such as MM, FI, SD, FM. 
  • Integrating between Microsoft Outlook and SAPOffice in order to synchronize Workflow inboxes. This happens because users were familiar with Microsoft Outlook and some users were forbidden to login on SAP ERP due to security policies.
  • Integrating SAP ERP with SYNCHRO solutions support the so called Tax Value Chain Management, which accounts for the entire chain of tax and fiscal processes to which companies are subject, driving its users to the best tax practices, ensuring higher efficiency and lower cost/risk.
