Project Description:
As Project Manager I was responsible for managing various projects in parallel for both fixed scope and T&M mode with internal and external consultants to attend the logistics and financial business processes of the four Brazilian and three Argentina factories.   • Textile Shop Floor Control was able to control the production process with more accuracy and thus reducing stock discrepancy.
  • The implementation of the Cash flow functionality in SAP reduced the workload of building the daily cash flow thus being able for the department to focus more on analyzing and managing the cash flow instead of gathering information.
  • The implementation of the Inventory Management in SAP made it possible for the customer to execute the complete inventory processes in SAP which resulted in reports (BW/ BI) that gave more visibility in the inventory KPI’s for middle and upper management.
