I am a Business Technology Specialist with extensive international experience in some of the worlds most successful ICT organisations such as Cable and Wireless and Fujitsu and Vodafone. I specialise in the Implementation and upgrade of ICT Infrastructure and have successfully delivered projects across multiple industry sectors including Telecoms, Financial Services, Government and BPO. I am also proficient in the Management, Marketing, Sales and Service of IT & Telecomms Professional Services and solutions.
I am a Graduate of Sheffield University (PGCert Information Tech Management), University Of South Wales (MBA, International Management) and a certified Project Manager (PRINCE2).
I have gained in-depth experience in the design of solutions specific to the BPO Industry, amongst others consulting at the C-level with these clients across the Caribbean and the United Kingdom and am currently a Director of a Jamaica based starup providing professional services and solutions.

Project history
Managed the design and Technology Infrastructure for two starups providing call centre services to Caribbean and US based clients. Also managed the design and implementation od global BPO's such as Sutherlabd Global, Conduent and Vistaprint.
Managed a CISCO Infrastrure Implementation Project across Canadian Bank, Royal Bank Of Canada's 19 Caribbean locations.
Developed and managed an organsational change project for Caribbeam Telecoms Giant, Cable & Wireless across 13 Caribbean countries. In thhis project I led the merger of Cable & Wireles' Network and IT departments across these countries into one Technology division, reporting into a CTO. Incuded in this 2 year project was the introduction of new technology and expertise, such as technology change management.
Managed various small projects at UK based Telecom provider, Vodafone, incuding the move of Vodafone's data Centre in Dublin, Ireland.
Managed IT upgrade projects at UK Food manufacturer HJ Heinze at its UK Headquarters in Hayes, Middlesex.

I am a UK National so am able to work throughout the United Kingdon and EU countries. Also Flexible to take up projects in the USA and Canada upon request. For remote projects my current location (Jamaica) is very compatible with the US, East Coast, Southern States such as Florida, Georgia and Canadian locations such as Toronto.
