SAP CO Consultant and Project Manager: Implement SAP CO Cost Element / Cost Center Planning for SG&A Expenses – Budget and Forecast. Standard Reports and Report Painter developments.
- Support the Finance and Controlling teams in enhancements, outsourcing and Period End Closing process.
- Project Resolution 13: Enhancements in SAP system in order to attend a new Brazil legal requirement
- Upgrade to ECC 6.00. Rollout of nine companies from Brazil and Argentina according to global template from EUROPA.
- CO Processes: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, CO-PC (Full Cost Process: Planning, Split Plan Costs, Iterative Plan Price Calculation, Material Ledger, Actual Cost Splitting) Internal Orders, Development of Cost Reports in order to attend the local and global cost reporting needs.
- Enhancements in three Costing reports (CO-PC integrated with PP): Stock Analysis: Planned Cost for Finished Goods; Actual Cost for Finished Goods; Raw Material Purchase Analysis (Actual/Planned) split by components from the Pricing of Purchase Order.
- Business Plan e Purchase Price Variance (CO-PC integrated to MM): Development of a package with 18 programs with high complexity in order to attend the Strategy Planning requirements of raw materials and imported materials purchase process, providing reports for Analysis of Actual/Planned Purchase Price split by components from the Pricing of Purchase Order according to SOX requirements.
CO Consultant: Profit Center Accounting (PCA); Cost Center Accounting (CCA); Cost Allocation; P&L Report Painter.
FI Consultant: Responsible for BBP; Functional Specification Design (AP / AR / GL / AA).
PMO Activities: Support the Project Manager in his PMO activities (Schedule, Deliveries, Follow up etc)

Process mapped in Blue Print: Cost Center Account, Profit Center Account, Internal Orders (Assets and Projects), Material Ledger activation for stock control, Period End Closing, Profitability Analysis.
We create two new plants and customizing all the cost controlling, manufacturing process and goods movements to prepare them for being ready for Material Ledger Run.
Pre-requisites Analysis, Functional Documentation, Products Tests Plan and Execution, Integrated Tests.
I offered Support to PP and MM areas mainly.
I am responsible to make all functional documentation and the technical one when there is only customizing stuffs to make, not program development – ABAP, in this case I make the documentation to Guide the Developer (describing tables and fields that will be accessed).
I am always looking for my improvement in other areas in order to know better the process and be prepared to give solutions to the client needs.
