SIS (ESD & FG) SIL3 Systems (System Engineer).
Lead all FAT (Acceptance Tests) for the whole Project, Using Hima system with ELLOP II software. SAT (commissioning and start up).

EXXON MOBIL – FPSO ( DeltaV and Triconex) – Angola
Triconex SIS and DeltaV System Site Survey.

EXXON MOBIL – Offshore ( DeltaV and ICS Triplex) – Nigeria:

ICS TRIPLEX SIS SIL3 & SCADA Systems Project Site Engineer.

Project includes 02 different ESD Systems (Triconex and ICS Triplex) with IFIX32 and PCIM SCADA Systems. Main tasks:

OSO/USARI Platform: Regent ICS Triplex ESD System & PCIM SCADA and DeltaV
•Adding new hardware to existing Triplex ESD PLC.
•Change existing program and addition of new programs.
•Communication to subsystems DeltaV DCS
•Commissioning the New Project start-up then Client technical assistance.
•Addition New Screens to existing PCIM SCADA and modification of Database.
•
IDOHO Platform: Triconex ESD System & IFIX32 SCADA and DeltaV
•Adding new hardware to existing Tricon ESD PLC.
•Change existing program and addition of new programs.
•Communication to subsystems DeltaV DCS
•Commissioning the New Project, start-up then Client technical assistance
•Addition New Graphics to existing IFIX32 SCADA and modification of Database

2.Yokogawa Germany (March 2006 to August 2006).
Main tasks:
1.I have overall responsibility for configuration of the Yokogawa system.
2.Produce the Functional Design Specifications for the DCS system as defined in the project.
3.Produce detailed design specifications from the user I/O lists and sequence specification documents and implement the detailed design, by producing functional drawings (using engineering building tools), to implement the DCS control system functions. This includes all regulatory control, interlock sequences and Unit Instrument function blocks.
4.Communication DCS Yokogawa with other subsystems using Modbus or OPC.
5.Implementation and test of Fieldbus loops in DCS Yokogawa CS3000
6.Implementation and test of PRM.

3.Sonatrach

•Review of basic eng and detail eng. Documents of consultant/ contractor.
•Approval of vender drawings/data sheets.
•Assist in development of a Distributed Control System (DCS) (hardware and software) using Yokogawa Intelligent Automation system (Centum CS and CS3000) with Prosafe (PLC for ESD)
•Assistance during F.A.T, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (YOKOGAWA CS3000).
•Lead the Loop check activities Boosting Plant having Distributed Control System (Yokogawa Centum –CS 3000 DCS) MARKV for Control turbine and various PLCs (PROSAFE (ESD), G.E.Fanuc 90-30 SERIES for Fire and Gas detection)
•Carry out extensive additions, modifications and trouble shootings in DCS and PLC software (YOKOGAWA CS3000 & Prosafe PLC).
•Develop communication between all systems by using Modbus Communication between DCS and subsystems (MARKV, fire & gas system, ESD, PLC)
•Assist Operators/maintenance technician and process engineer with use and understanding of DCS hardware, Software and graphics
