Cobol Developer Freelance

I am an information systems engineer specialized in analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of systems under different technologies with more than 20 years of experience.
I am currently working in a consulting firm that provides computer services to the Telecom client in Argentina within the mobile telephony area. My functions are: analysis, programming, design, testing, documentation and project implementation for Back-End and Mediation systems. I am responsible for the developments, tests and implementations of the evolutionary and corrective requirements. I am also in charge of solving problems related to traffic cases in voice networks (MSC), data (GPRS), sms (SMSC), WiFi / VoLTE / ToIP (IMS). Finally, I support users and participate in the migration procedures of systems that have an impact within my module in charge.
I have knowledge and experience in Cobol, C #, Scripting, Awk, PHP, Visual FoxPro, Ingres, Oracle, Unix / Linux, S36 / IBM, Windows, etc.
