Project history

Coaching international groups in IT outsourcing initiatives, the definition of selection criteria, identification of potential vendors, creation and negotiation of agile/flexible long term contracts supporting strategic partnerships, for
  • Logistics: Application Maintenance Services (AMS), DWH, outsourced 35 resources as a first proof of concept. Contract management and bid process used as a template for further activities, covering
    • Software development lifecycle processes and quality gate criteria
    • Application maintenance processes (ITIL based) and related SLA, KPI, and OLA
    • Coaching of procurement and project team in the tender process, contract negotiations and document structures
    • Brought in templates and tools (assessment matrix, evaluation sheets, checklists) to assure quick preparation of tender documentation, strict process flow and checklists for process adherence
    • Resulted into outsourcing DWH maintenance with approx 20-40 DWH Experts onsite and offshore
