Junior UX Designer

During my UX Design course, I completed the end-to-end design process for a new web app, including conducting competitive research and user surveys, developing wireframes, user flows and prototypes, iterating on the design to arrive at an effective solution to user needs.  I worked collaboratively with mentors and tutors working in the design industry, receiving feedback on my designs and process in order to arrive at a finished product. I also brainstormed with peers to develop low to mid-fidelity wireframes, then moving on to creating using InVision clickable screens from paper and pen sketches.  Using the preliminary steps I followed UI principles and usability standards to create something which works well and looks aesthetically pleasing. I also laid out the whole process including data sheets and graphs and charts showing findings and improvements made along the course of my app development.
In addition, I created wireframes from sketches, used InVision and allowed users to test out my low-fidelity prototypes, and from the feedback received, designed new interfaces that were more user-friendly yet brought an originality to an app that is common in the market.
I received continuous feedback from my peers and mentor on what was feasible and what was beneficial for me to include in the mobile app during the process of building the product.
I have experience in translating designs into HTML, when I created an interactive website displaying my mobile app portfolio.
