Helpline dashboard is a centralized application used by the helpline user to view all logged tickets by the internal Apple users across Genesys, central station, IS&TWeb and Teradata. It is a regenerated version of HLStats Application. This data helps helpline users to efficiently handle the tickets load and serve the end users.
Responsibilities:-

Siemens is a leader in health care products, which they sell using an online platform based on Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC). This project is about Tacton CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote), where the product can be configured, priced using a pricing engine, and then sent to Siemens for a Quotation. Siemens uses a CPQ engine by Tacton (a Swedish company).

NextGenOPS will focus on unique action develop new better solution that will reduced the cost of running repeated and bulk jobs, and reduce unplanned business outage to improve service uptime. The primary requirement to ideate this solution is to overcome most of the daily operations challenges by automating all the manual work done on daily basis.
