Role and Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
· Work with client to design the strategy for integrating third party remote systems with global SAP.
During my stay in account I was instrumental in designing more than 20 interfaces (Global and Local)
with various third party vendors in area of Recruitment (Kenexa), Payroll (ADP, Infinium, Ultipro-- NA,
G&B-Argentina, Cegid-France, Gensol- ANZ), , Benefits(Workscape, Vanguard, Business Solver, Aon
Hewitt), Time management ( Kronos, ATS, Kronos Workforce Central, Labour Level, Pay rate), EIC
(Magic), Active Directory - Outook and Talent management systems (SumTotal), Citi Bank interface.
· Work with client to complete the deliverables during the various phases belonging in the
integration area and ensured that programs are aligned to the requirements without bugs.
· Defect resolution
· Design data migration strategies. Created various LSMWs for data migration.
· Part of HTR security design strategy team.
· Configuration for PA, OM, ESS.
· Incident Management Globally in area of HTR.
· Handing critical CRs in area of new functionality.
· Develop new work / PCR in area of HTR.
· Supported 3 ECC upgrades from EHP 4 to EHP 8.
· Analyzed all the Notes, which are part of this upgrade, with a view to analyses the impact on
McCain current SAP Practices.
· Identify the impacted area testing scope.
· Neutralized the impact of note.
· Unit test the McCain key process in upgraded environment and bug fixing.
