Blueprinting and designing the solution architecture, planning and managing the team. Customising & configuration for PY-RU, PA, and PT, specifications for ABAP developments. Payroll and master data migration: documenting and supporting the process. Customer training and support.
Positive Time Management & Shift Planning support
3rd level support of the Time Management solution, adjusting it to changing client requirements (PT-EV, PT-SP). ABAP developments (custom reports, Time Management enhancements).

ABAP developments for HR. PY customizing (off-cycle for future periods sick leaves and correctional run).

Providing expertise in SAP HCM authorizations for SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance implementation.
Participation in developing role architecture, assessment of role assignment risks.
SAP HCM ECC 6.0 EHP5 Implementation
Blueprinting and realizing FI-HR integration for specific business processes, including creation vendors in the FI system from HR, utilizing FI budgets in HR for business-checks of payments. Implementing an effective solution using ALE/IDOC technology/functions of Vendor Master Data Synchronisation and Business Partner Integration.

Effectively managing a functional team comprising 5 consultants, conducting user interview sessions, process design, blueprint development, and integrated Talent Management solution architecture.
