can go on with their technological lives, day-by-day. Assisted local locations by being a point-of-contact for any on-site

Geek Squad Summer Academy

Functioned as part of the corporate-level team that creates/updates/modifies content and curriculum for all Geek
Squad Summer Academy (GSSA) classes, such as PC Build, Digital Music, Mac, etc. GSSA is a summer camp for kids,
aimed at introducing at-risk children to technology/STEM. Took feedback from both internal staff and Best Buy/Geek
Squad volunteers as well as Junior Agents to tweak and optimize instruction guides on-the-fly and with a tight
turnaround schedule. Assisted in adapting content for international use, translating all GSSA content and verbiage into
Spanish for Puerto Rico. Served as one of the points of contact for GSSA inquiries and disseminated information to other
GSSA Core Team Agents. Worked on-site at various locales while traveling throughout the United States helping to run
technology camps, overseeing anywhere from 10-40 Best Buy/Geek Squad volunteers and coordinating with personnel
at locales to ensure operations were efficient and smooth. Used social media (Facebook/Twitter) to help keep the
public up to date on GSSA events and other news.
