conversion rate, comparing the current sales with the historic sales and the estimates, revenue
generated through sales, issue resolution, service levels, agent performance. The project consists
of four modules namely, eOrders, eServices, eCatalogs and ePMR. Periodical and Ad-hoc reports were
generated on Incidents, Services, Orders, Procurement, Events datamarts, updated regularly, which
allowed executives to monitor sales performance on a daily basis and to take corrective and
proactive steps to further the companies sales process and increase efficiency.
