Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Kaiser, founder and owner of ots Unternehmensberatung, has over 35 years of experience in product data management, product lifecycle management, CAD, document mangement (DMS) incl. input- and outputmanagement, change management, IT, organizsational processes, cross-divisional/interdisciplinary change management, software selection and implemenation, process optimization, digitalization as well as consulting at all theese areas.
As a student he already began in this area and continued after that as consultant (first with Andersen Consulting - today Accenture) for medium and a few large customers in different industry sectors. He not only has a good grasp of the theoretical fundamentals but also covers the overall bandwidth as successfull and established expert and doer with hands-on-mentality through his decades of experience with project work from analyze-, concept-, solution-, selection- and
implementation phase until test phase and golive and even user- and system support and maintenance.

1996 he founds ots Unternehmensberatung and offers complete service for consulting, implementation as well as support for Product Lifecycle Management, document management as well as overall and general IT-subjects (increasingly digitalization, virtualization and outsorcing) incl. project management.

Mr. Kaiser graduated at Technical University Munich in mechanical engineering (specialised on manufacturing and production technology) and was very deep into the whole IT-area already during school and studies (focus on programming and implementation); this was the successful basis for his extensive experience. Very much of his experience is with the Product Lifecycle Management Systen Agile ePLM of Oracle (former Eigner&Partner and Agile), also in combination with various system integrations (esp. for CAD, ERP - mainly SAP - and outputmanagement). Increasingly he is enganged with small and medium organisations for overall IT (incl. telecommunication), process digitalization/optimization as well as IT architecture and security.
Therefore he offers service for the analyze phase, which often is accompanied by organizational optimations, concept-, design- and solution-phase, the selection-phase of diverse extensive and complex software solutions (especially Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or documentmanagement (DMS) and ERP-systems, and all other systems, too) for customer's optimal benefit, the implementation of those systems over all phases (preparation, installation, configuration/customizing, training, going-live, data analyses and migration) as well as the subsequent userand system-support and maintenance. The main goal is to bring the customers rapid and big benefit through fast and good planned project work, without loosing the focus on the important customer needs. With his know-how and his personality Mr. Kaiser was able to win and successfully complete already several big and renowned customers and projects.

Mr. Kaiser already wrote some articles and held international presentations about product data management and other themes. His focus is espacially on integration of PDM/PLM and EnterpriseRessourcePlanning (ERP), change mangement processes across several systems as well as distributed construction and work.
More and more topics like digitalization, integration, web and cloud computing as well as outsourcing and software-selection and -implementation come into focus, where data modeling, data analysing and -optimization and data migration from existing systems are basic tasks in nearly all projects.

Requirements analysis and resulting from that concept for the whole administration area, software selection and  implementation for administration and invoicing (healthcare and social area) incl. complete renewal of the IT-infrastructure as well as setup of one virtual company network (LAN and WAN) containing 12 remote sites - within 12 months; therefore various workshops, project management and -controlling, questionairs for suppliers, selection processes and tests,
negotiation with WAN-suppliers (pioneers at that time), steering of project members and suppliers
