* Act as Expert/Advisor for major key local functional business requests of process changes in
Oracle ERP for Russian site
* Rollout new functionality and processes (BOM implementation, new enhancements, personalizations,

migration of merged companies of MTS group from 1C to MTS OEBS instance.
