- Strong understanding of Security Controls for implementing security such as sharing rules at object, Field, and record level for different users.
- Experience in customizing Force.com UI using Visual Force and page builder technology – Page Layouts, search Layouts, Custom Links and Custom Buttons etc.
- Provided L2 and L3 support with end to end solution.
- Always scheduling call with customers to discuss the issue if necessary.
- Hands on experience in BMC Remedy ITMS Suite, Heat ITSM tool which includes Incident, Change Management. Service request management etc.
