THE ASK
The newly established subsidiary of Scepter Group, LLC, had all the problems of a new company: no activity on social media, low brand awareness, and low-quality content. Another problem was that the main company specialised in retail, which is a rather conservative area, and that conservative audience was not likely to engage with the new, innovative product very quickly.

OUR APPROACH
Having studied the company’s whitepaper, we figured out that the new products were closely connected to the holding’s retail system. We decided to start with posts that would demonstrate the obvious benefits of the program, mainly aiming at catching the attention of existing Scepter Group customers. Then we worked out another content section oriented toward retail brand features’ descriptions to lure the crypto-community.

THE ASK
The company was interested in entering a new CIS market. However, considering that Contentos is based in China, it needed guidance in new-market development and website and whitepaper localisation.

OUR APPROACH
We consulted with the company about all the peculiarities and difficulties of entering the CIS market and helped conduct the initial projects required for proper market development, such as website and content localisation. We also carried out competitor analysis and made a report on the project's potential marketing opportunities.

THE ASK
The company needed to present its product and solution to new partners at business conferences and users on social media via several articles. The goal was to create informative text that was attractive to both professional traders and people without a financial background.

OUR APPROACH
Our team carefully studied all the technical material about the company's product and a whitepaper with a highly technical language that was difficult to understand for non-professionals. We decided to write a separate article about the dib.one team to bring the company closer to its potential clients. In the end, we created six big articles with graphs and charts to make it easy for everyone to visualise the technical details. We also kept the technical terms and added clarifications, making the articles educational and useful.

THE ASK
The company needed to conduct pre-launch marketing and increase brand popularity after the project started. Then, it needed proper community management and to increase the audience's active engagement.

OUR APPROACH
We achieved the first goal by implementing an organic method of audience attraction using social media marketing. We used different types of content and provided every post and blog article with a customised picture. We also set up 24/7 community management. In addition to answering users' questions, community management regularly held entertaining events to boost the audience's activities.

THE ASK
We were given a new project with no social media presence and a low-quality website with no internet traffic. The main goal was to lure traders to the platform and develop a social media presence. The company also needed properly created content for the company to share regular news about the project with its audience and attract new traders.

OUR APPROACH
Through a series of brainstorms and exercises, we came up with a UX/UI design upgrade. Then we created a corporate identity for the company. We also developed and implemented a content promotion strategy using both growth hacking and traditional tools.

This project was based on the Bitcoin hard fork idea. The number one goal was to get ready for the IEO and its implementation. The second task was to attract a new audience and manage the community, who would be interested in a new, technologically advanced Bitcoin.

We worked out a full-scale marketing strategy, including explainer videos and press releases for top media outlets, in addition to social media management, increasing brand awareness, and conducting many campaigns to attract an enthusiastic audience. In other words, we provided BitcoiOil with the full range of services from A to Z, except for software development.

First, we carried out a comprehensive audit to find out what to do and where to start. We came up with an idea to combine entertaining and serious content, thus making the news strip interesting for people from different backgrounds. Regarding images, we decided to move from the company’s previous “letters on background” style and introduced new eye-catching visual solutions.
