I am a hands-on People & Culture Expert with a focus on Change. Talent acquisition and other operational tasks in the context of People & Culture appeal to me, but my heart beats especially for change situations.

WHAT do I actually do?
  • Consideration of the values and objectives with regard to all People & Culture topics
  • Creation of improved communication and processes in terms of attracting, retaining and training employees, which are always tailor-made solutions for the client. In concrete terms, this may concern, for example: search & approach, hiring and candidate experience, employer branding strategy, tools and methods, etc. 
  • Testing and adaption of new initiatives under real conditions in day-to-day business
  • Being a sparring partner for the management with regard to current leadership methods, the future of work etc. (i am a certified Digital Transformation Manager)
  • Active, hands-on support as interim People & Culture Manager or in Talent Acquisition.
