I am a consultant and interim manager specialising in transformation, digitalisation and turnaround - complex problems drive me. My goal is to unfold the potential of people and technology through leadership and innovation, transforming challenges into outstanding results that create sustainable value for people-centred organisations, their customers and for society.
As a background, I bring 18 years of experience in an international, listed telecommunications company in a very dynamic market environment. During this time, I have worked closely with C-level management for more than 10 years as a trusted partner and advisor, successfully shaping the digital transformation.
Working in various corporate functions and across divisional boundaries has broadened my horizons as an innovative and interdisciplinary thinker and problem solver.
Among other things, I have initiated, implemented or played a key role in groundbreaking digitalisation projects, in pioneering corporate programmes such as the IPO or the largest telecoms merger in Europe and successfully implemented a value-oriented post-merger transformation and restructuring of the real estate organisation.
Digitalisation opens up a broad spectrum of potential for sustainable change. Clear strategies oriented towards customer benefits as well as targeted and consistent action are decisive in order to quickly achieve measurable and noticeable results. Human-cultural factors play just as important a role as purely technical challenges.
However, the current challenges are a clear sign that we need to find better answers than in the past - as we cannot solve a problem with the same consciousness with which it was created (A. Einstein).
