Successful design and implementation of an end-2-end salesforce platform with a focus on the horticultural and agricultural industry. With force.com, LoRaWAN sensors and LoRaWAN (private) networks we have developed a first-class and open platform for the largest global horticultural player. 
I managed the business requirements analysis, the architecture of the system, the implementation and the successful pilot phase.  A team from three different technical areas (sensors, networks and force.com) worked very closely together for more than 12 months to complete the project on time and (almost) within budget. 
This project had both a B2B and a B2C aspect and will be used by medium-sized companies all over the world in both areas.

Projectmanager Customer Communication Center, Salesforce.com
Communicate2Integrate GmbH (Internet and Information Technology, 10-50 employees)

Successful design and implementation of a customer communication application for the furniture industry. The application had to be integrated with various production systems (M2M support) and also had to be linked to the online presence of EMV members. With Salesforce.com and Twillio I managed the whole project - from defining the business requirements to implementation and training. 
Workshops and training as well as customization strategies were required to roll out the project across 4 different parties. Internal marketing and training were part of the program management role.
One of the challenges was to coordinate the development teams of customers, EMC and MS development partners.

OneCallNow (American cloud communications provider) and Westbrook Ltd. (English salesforce.com partner) wanted to establish OneCallNow in the European market.

The company was founded in 2000 as an integration consulting firm with a focus on data integration and data analysis.
By 2005, when I left for the US, we had grown the company into a $3.5 million integration company.

During my stay in Silicon Valley, I got to know salesforce.com and started to push IT & Business Services in that direction (non-active shareholder). In 2007, we were one of the first consulting firms to work on salesforce.com projects in Central Europe.

The salesforce.com business replaced the integration business by 2010 and we grew to become one of the larger salesforce.com implementers in DACH. 
We have worked on numerous salesforce.com and Oracle CRM projects as project managers, while also managing partners and business development.
