     Leading the overall project team as well as two other multidisciplinary teams who work towards the implementation of the global programme „do your thing“, ING Germany’s global and local brand direction, in an agile set up.
     Acting as interface between the team, managers, the agile coach, and other local and global stakeholders of the organisation to align on the project status, way of working and actions needed for a succsessful project implementation.
     Setting up an agile framework for all teams in cooperation with the agile coach, including organising and moderating meetings such as Weeklys, Reviews and Retros and designing digital Service Now boards.
     Defining Epics and developing objectives, key results (OKRs) and KPIs for the portfolio of all teams that are aligned within the programme and with the overall bank KPIs.
     Creation of communication concepts for the internal launch of „do your thing“, including a stakeholder roadshow to get stakeholders on board and a large internal communication campaign.
     Writing, editing and translating content in intranet articles, presentations, community posts.
     Closely collaborting with the ING Newsroom to align on the placement of stories on selected channels, including intranet, public web, social media, press releases.

    Media Database
     Managing the changeover of the bankwide media database to an internal sharepoint and the external data exchange platform idgard.
     Risk assessment of the media database and potential applications with IT, Procurement, DPO, Legal.
     Strongly collaborating with IT 3rd party application in testing and implementing alternative solutions.
     Handling the contract termination of the media database in close cooperation with Legal & Procurement.
