Project: SAS Aureus
Role: SAS 9.3 Platform Administrator
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
While working on this project, I have provided support to existing SAS 9.3 infrastructure on RHEL
with SAS Grid. Overall day to day activity included user support, assessment for scope of automation
while managing the overall infrastructure.
Environment: SAS 9.3, RHEL 6, SAS Management Console, SAS Model Manager, SAS Enterprise Miner,
Teradata.
Role: SAS 9.3 Platform Administrator

SAS 9.4 Platform Administrator
Project: SAS 9.4 (on GRID)
Role: SAS 9.4 Platform Administrator
Location: Gurgaon, India
While working as SAS Administrator, for one of the biggest Banking and travel related services
provider firm in the world, named American Express, I have migrated application from SAS 9.2 & SAS
9.3 to SAS 9.4 (both on Solaris and Linux environments).
Below were my responsibilities:
* Migration from SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 to SAS 9.4 on Unix platform, with absolutely no defects.
* SAS Administration using SAS Management Console, applied hot fixes and renewed SAS licenses
* Helped users timely migrate from SAS 9.2 & 9.3 to SAS 9.4, and provided them solutions to
problems faced during migration.
Environment: Base SAS, Advance SAS, SAS Management Console, AIX / Linux, and Oracle / Teradata
Role: SAS 9.4 Platform Administrator
Location: Gurgaon, India

For Vodafone Account, I was working on a Billing Interfaces Project. During this project I was
involved in development and maintenance of Billing related services involving calls to Kenan
(Billing Product) APIs. APIs of Kenan were exposed in C and C++ in order to implement the Billing
related functionalities.
Environment: AIX, C and C++ compilers

Here I was working on Export Blue Project on SAS (Data Warehousing tool) and Unix. It is a
Development Project. My module is concerned with development of application that will refresh the
data from data warehouse to production server. This project being a pure Development project, it
gives me a very good knowledge of Data Warehousing tools, especially SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS
ETL.
