    Hard gelatine capsule production consists of two parts. Preparing of gelatine viscous

    solution and transport to machines for pin-dipping and drying, trimming and
    connecting of body and cap of the capsule. My responsibility was to authorize use of

    incoming materials for its quality before release into production, to authorize eventual

    in-process control issues and to authorize final control of every batch and to issue
    approval before market release. All in accordance to drug GMP requirements.

  • This company was manipulating with frozen fish and squid. They were cleaned from
    intestines, sorted on trays and shock frozen, and then packed and placed in deep

    freezer for delivery.

  • Vindija is food company which produces all sort of milk products and fruit juices an

    non-alcoholic beverages. My position was held in cheese plant, as technologist. All
    primary processes of milk treatment were performed centrally and milk was

    distributed through pipelines into the cheese plant. There were department for fresh
    cheese production (fermentation, curding, drying, pumping and filling with

    packaging). In this fresh cheese dept., was also line for cheese spreading's products

    (melting machine) and transport to the same filler as for fresh cheese. Another dept.
    was for soft cheeses (white, blue, red B. linens, feta). Process steps included

    fermentation, curding, drying, forming, salting, and ripening in chambers, preparing

    for packaging and packaging. This process was hand laboring. Another process fully
    automatized, was semi hard cheese line. Out of machine came blocs of pressed curd

    and were transported to salting (in brine or by hand) and after salting, vacuuming,

    and ripening in plastic vacuum bags. When estimated to be ready for market,
    opened, cut and packed for market.
