My name is Anthonia Akpomiemie, I have a degree in International studies and diplomacy, from the University of Benin, Nigeria. Over the years, I have been able to acquire some experiences, which includes, but are not limited to customer service, administration, and I.T knowledge.   I have a number of capabilities and talents that include application trouble shooting, outstanding customer service skills, and I enjoy helping people.    In addition to my Experience, my personal qualities include paying attention to details, and an enthusiasm for learning new things. I am goal oriented, and I am good at multitasking. I excel at troubleshooting and resolving application issues escalated from Customers, I am good with data entry and processing, and integrating application software and hardware configuration changes.
