-Plan project execution
-Calculate the budget taking into consideration all the risks that could
arise
-Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and
budget
-Maintaining processes relevance to ensure project management
documentation, reporting and planning
-Ensure that team members have project specifications
-Managing the team performance, including task assignment, deadline
reviews, solving any issues related to their functionality,
administrative and procedural support
-Supporting and managing communication with client's for several
situations
-Attend project team meetings in order to review the project calendar
and deliverables
-Induction and training for new team members; knowledge transfer
within the team
-Involved in the hiring process
-Act as one contact to the customer, communicating all relevant
information
