- Improved NOC/GNOC situational awareness and user experience.
- Introduced Agile and DevOps methodology for software development and commissioning on the live system.
- Increased level of automation for incident and fault notifications as well as created and automated telemetry reports and dashboards for satellite contact and handover monitoring.
- Designed a new Dataminer technical software solution for data extraction and control of multiple OneWeb antennas simultaneously.
- Improved the NMS platform stability and performance through conducting software dry-runs and site/factory acceptance testing in conjunction with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Designed a new M&C architecture and achieved a single pane of glass over the entire ground network for real time and historical monitoring and control.

Designed and delivered a new high availability cluster solution to increase the video infrastructure
control resilience, the Dataminer system capacity and performance. Designed and developed monitoring
and control panels for our NMS & Orchestration Platform to improve UX and operational efficiency.
Offered third line support escalation for OSS and live broadcast systems. Managed operational and
maintenance activities, including windows system administration, server monitoring and management,
and Dataminer software upgrades to the production cluster, following ITSM best practices. Delivered
user training as well as defined requirements by coordinating with stakeholders.

* Designed, built, tested, and commissioned Dataminer control and monitoring systems for live
workflows, while planning for scale and future growth within media broadcast environment.
* Built semi-automated control functions and bespoke control panels to reduce operational
workload.
* Enhanced the Dataminer System performance by 50%, doubled the capacity, and improved control
resilience for DAZN video infraestructure.
* Tailored monitoring solutions to perform real time analysis of video over IP and DVB Transport
Streams on multicast networks, providing the right tools for operations teams for faster
troubleshooting.
* Facilitated the wider engineering team with live workflow project implementation as well as
supported teams on troubleshooting and fault finding over the video infrastructure.
