    fixed price project requiring end to end implementation of SAP HCM along with design, development and

    deployment of manpower planning system for client's project workforce.

    ? Managed end-to-end SAP HCM implementation using ASAP Methodology including project profitability,

    strategic direction, stakeholder management, project planning, process mapping, process design inputs

    and sign-offs, billing and resource management. Peak team size was 15 members.
