* Supporting Enterprise products like Norton Ghost, Partition Magic, Symantec PcAnywhere, Norton
Save & Restore and Norton System Works, Norton Utilities.
* Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure.
* Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and
competence.
* Responsible for handling the Escalated cases from the Supervisors and researching on the
unresolved problems occurring in the Enterprise products.
* Giving suggestions to the Product Development Team regarding the issues with the Enterprise
Products.
* Providing detailed information & feedback to our client 'Symantec' on new products and
research on the betterment of the Software.
* Helping the Clients in taking backups, Restoring, Cloning and Partitioning the Hard drives and
solving the problems occurring in the hard drives.
* Helping the Clients of Symantec to recover the OS, (Disaster Recovery)
* Responsible for configuring the Symantec PC Anywhere software, such that the Enterprise
Clients can easily access the Remote and the Host servers instantly.
* Gathering software related vital information and cascading to the management for client
requirements.
* Providing information to the team about current updates. Understanding work preferences in
developing individual, team, and organizational performance.
